If you have something in mind that’s not listed here, you should schedule a free consultation with us to discuss the project! If we can reasonably estimate the amount of work in the project, we’ll pitch a flat fee in that conversation. If we can’t predict how much work the project will take, we may default back to an hourly pay structure, like this:

• Pre-production (everything that happens before the day we press record):
  • $30/hr
• Production:
  • $700 half days (up to 4 hours NOT including setup/teardown)
  • $1,250 full days (up to 10 hours NOT including setup/teardown)
  • Events requiring additional crew members will increase cost based on complexity
• Post-production:
  • $50/hr Initial editing (everything between the shoot and your first revision round)
  • $15/hr first two revision rounds
  • $75/hr every revision round after the first two
